a therapeutic art group for
women, female-identified, non-binary and gender-nonconforming people experiencing anxiety,
depression or are feeling generally stuck
This series of 3 sessions is an opportunity for you to explore barriers and beliefs that may be hampering your life using art therapy.
What is art therapy?
Art therapy is process-focused art making that anyone can do. It can clarify the mind and regulate the nervous system, which can allow insight and clarity.
Imagine:
If you had more clarity, what would your life be like?
What would it be like if you could tune into your emotions and your intuition
and express them creatively?
In this small group you'll be guided through expressive, therapeutic art-making, creatively de-stress, and connect with like-minded people in a beautiful studio space.
Imagine if you had 3 hours per week for 3 weeks to explore all of this in a creative and supportive environment?
And, you don't have to be an artist, just willing to explore.
